We held our first Sake Tasting Event on September 2, 2016. The event was a huge success with more than 40 participants enjoying and learning the basics of sake. The evening included not only sake tasting but a presentation by a sake master and a buffet dinner prepared by Hotel Kaze Darbar. The participants were introduced to three different categories of sake namely Ginjo, Jumai, and Honjozo and later served Dewazakura, Daishiki, and Kikuhime sakes paired with the specially prepared canapés and light appetisers to enhance and compliment the taste of the liquors. A small counter displaying more than 10 varieties of Japanese brews also offered the drinks at discounted festive rate. We had a wonderful experience hosting the first event. And, we would like to thank everyone who attended the event and made it a tremendous success!
